I have back pain, chest pain, pain in abdomen &fatigue during the day but insomnia at night and my period is late so im not sure if its from being positive from covid or few weeks ago or if its possible to be pregnant but i take birth control pill?

Were you sick when you had Covid-19 infection? The current symptoms are not consistent with long covid syndrome. Pregnant is less likely with taking OC pill and yes, Covid-19 infection may transiently mess up your cycle; however, urine test should be done is you miss period past 10 days. In the mean time, try to be active and busy as much as tolerated in the day time.
