Both test results are within the normal range, and fluctuation within the low normal value outcome is not unusual. The change is not indicative of pathology, unless you are not eating a balanced diet, or avoiding protein, and developing malnutrition, which is not expressed in your post.

The change could be explainable by change in your hydration. If the first reading was from fasting blood and you had not drunk water but were better hydrated at the time of second blood collection. Either reading is normal.

BUN result varies a lot because it depends on the protein and water intake before the test. High protein intake or low volume before the test give you a higher BUN. By itself, BUN has limited clinical meaning but it may be useful when using along with the other results. E.g. Na above 145 implies low volume (dehydration) if BUN is also high.
