Lower back, abdominal & side pain. lower back was the first to start about 2 weeks ago. night sweats where pillow is wet but not the bed. er visit 2 days ago due to bad pain in lower areas mentioned. doc said epididymitis. what could it be?

These symptoms are not from epididymitis which causes testicular area pain/ discomfort. You need to see a good MD soon who listens to you does a thoro exam and does appropriate tests. In the meantime drink plenty of water, take OTC ibuprofen and use a heating pad. Hope you feel better
