My 80 lb dog was playing and accidentally hit her head into the back left side of my head. eyes are dilated evenly. no vomiting, etc. just a headache/slight neck ache. no vision problems. any areas of concern? thank you.

Observe: Place an ice pack on your neck and watch for signs of worsening, vomiting, lack of coordination, change in speech or vision. If any of these or other new symptoms occur, please see a physician right away. Ibuprofen may be used for pain.
