Need sub-specialists: A migraine should not leave a permanent blank spot in vision. Have you had both a Neuro-ophthalmologist and a Retinologist examine you?

This is rare: A "migraine" that results in a permanent deficit would be extremely rare. You need to be evaluated with formal visual fields by an ophthalmologist to make sure what's going on here. Migraine would not show up on MRI but something like a stroke would. Get checked out.
