I use 2 brands of water. i left those in freezing conditions and one of them froze the other one didnt. is one of them bad for health to drink?

The bottle with presumed water was not frozen is bad for sure and I do not think it is pure water because water is frozen with T below 0 Celsius when it is left in the fridge long enough. E.g. water mixed with ethylene glycol will not be frozen at 0 Celsius and that solution is coolant or antifreeze solution, used in car radiator.
