: The bottle with presumed water was not frozen is bad for sure and I do not think it is pure water because water is frozen with T below 0 Celsius when it is left in the fridge long enough. E.g. water mixed with ethylene glycol will not be frozen at 0 Celsius and that solution is coolant or antifreeze solution, used in car radiator.
