Size of glass?: Obviously, a huge glass is different from a regular 8oz one. They say that drinking 8-12 eight oz glasses is good for you. Drinking it slowly is better than gulping. There are other conditions that matter too. Activity level, heat, physical condition, etc. Can make a difference. Try skipping a few - don't interrupt sleep to drink and drink them slowly and it should be okay.
