Neither good nor bad: In a normal individual your thirst mechanism will tell you how much water to drink. Body is amazing like that. Imagine if it did not work! There is no sense in drinking more than about 1.5 L / day or in forcing fluids unless you have some unusual circumstances. probably won't hurt. Size of glass will of course make a difference and most of your "food" contains a fair amount of water as well.
