The average incubation period (time from exposure to disease onset with symptoms) is around 3-5 days and the antigen test can be positive at the last day of incubation period so the test can be positive on Sunday if you are infected. However, false negative rate is relatively high which depends what antigen test you have. Some tests have as high as 30-40% false negative result, unfortunately.

If you are vaccinated, your risk of getting Omicron is low. You may wish to wait 5 days before testing. To be safe and to protect others, it would be prudent to wear a mask, just in case. Get HPV, Flu and Covid vaccines. Wish you good health!
