Infected with omicron 10 days ago.. ct value stands at 30 on the 11th day. the pcr test came out positive. no symptoms. am i free of the virus or still have to isolate myself from others?

The PCR test can stay positive weeks after the infection. Latest US-CDC guideline: People with COVID-19 should isolate for 5 days and if they are asymptomatic or their symptoms are resolving (without fever for 24 hours), follow that by 5 days of wearing a mask when around others to minimize the risk of infecting people they encounter. So, you can be off quarantine by this guideline.
