It means you may have certain chronic kidney disease. and I think that's the reason you have the kidney ultrasound done.

Ultrasound is not a very good test for this type of diagnosis as it is operator driven. Let your Urologist decide future investigations as she/ he best knows the reasonfor ordering the test.
