None. BUN especially but also Creatinine can go up a little if you are dehydrated. Both fluctuate during the day and day to day. Creatinine reflects muscle metabolism and will be a little higher in a more muscular person, lower in a small person. The numbers you present are not of concern. The thing to watch for would be rising levels, not small fluctuations.

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, none of the results you provided are a cause for concern. Wish you good health!
