Eating ritz crackers & cheese went to sneeze and inhaled instead i felt the crumbs of the chewed cracker and maybe cheese go into lung .i lost my breath for a bit & continue to cough a while. now chest is a bit tight . should i be concerned ?

The lung has very good defenses and this episode will most likely resolve. If you develop shortness of breath, prolonged cough or fever, please see your physician. If the chest tightness persists, please follow up.

That event is not rare in daily life. You should be safe because most of the time, our body's defense mechanisms can move up the particles out effectively and cough is one of them. Just observe your body's reaction in the next 24-48 hours. If fever, coughing and shortness of breath occur you should call your doctor by then. I want to reassure that you will be fine.
