Sounds serious: These symptoms sound serious, and could be due to many different problems (serious infection, heart problem, severe anxiety or psychiatric disorder). He or she should be seen by a doctor right away. If a family doc is not easily available, go to an urgent care center or an emergency room, but this definitely needs to get checked out sooner rather than later -- it could get much worse.
