Low rib pain when bending and at times hard to breath, breathing comes back to normal when i sit for a few minutes. i have fibro and costochondritis; getting the low rib pain for years but not the breathing . echo done in march shows strong heart?

The origin points towards musculoskeletal (when bending) and in such cases work up should include spine as pain is many times radiated along the ribs. Lung pathology, including effusions may cause similar symptoms as well. Otherwise good to know that heart is strong and is not the reason for the symptoms.
