The scoliosis may well explain asymmetrical problems, as likely when erect and active there is more focal instead of bilateral balanced stressors. This would likely torque your hips and pelvis, and likely trigger at the least sacroiliac dysfunction. Would consider consultations from an experienced osteopathic physician and a physiatrist. An approach to allow you to compensate now is key.
