It appears you had allergic reactions while in that apartment. Why take the chance of moving in and then having to move again?

It sounds like that specific apartment should not be considered to move in given the intensity of your allergic reaction after a brief exposure and providing you recognized correctly your symptoms as being allergy to dog dander.
