Take baclofen 20mg 3x daily. would taking magnesium be an issue as it helps with muscle relaxation, but as i understand the ability to relax when asked to, not so much acting as a muscle relaxer. concerened about the combo causing muscle weakness.?

High dose baclofen, especially in a pump, can cause muscle weakness, and individual tolerance to high dose oral meds could also do this. Magnesium is not a problem and has some cardiac benefit but does not really have muscle relaxant action. Can check your serum magnesium levels and judge whether you might need supplementation.
