In normal circumstances there is no way for sperm to reach the abdomen, so they will be absorbed in the vagina or spill back out. In very rare cases, either due to abnormal healing or disease, a tract (a fistula) might develop from the vagina into the abdomen. It is highly unlikely a conception could occur and would by definition be a dangerous ectopic pregnancy and nearly certainly nonviable.
