it is advisable to have an evaluation at the Emergency room. Blood clots may form during the procedure with a risk of embolism. Please follow up. Stay well hydrated, monitor your BP. The headache may be related to hormonal changes, but it is recommended to be seen.

Although the recent events and hormonal changes could well have triggered migraine events, it is prudent to double check that complications of your procedure have not occurred. Do have your doctor thoroughly check for potential intracranial changes, especially if you are experiencing worsening.
