A three day course of Cipro could be enough for a noncomplicated lower UTI but may be insufficient if you have history of recurrent UTI because bacteria, especially E. Coli, are often resistant to Cipro nowadays. With that urinalysis, you can increase fluid intake for a day or two but if symptoms get worse the next day, you may need antibiotic again, not Cipro, for at least 5 days.
