Evaluate further: There are many possible causes for your symptoms. If you have blood or leukocytes in your urine, it could be a stone or UTI. Have you had a urinalysis yet? If not, you should get one and see a doctor. You will probably also need an imaging study such as a CT scan to look for stone, urinary obstruction, tumors, etc. The diagnosis is fairly easy and will probably put your mind at ease.
