Need more info: It is important to know what your prior eeg showed as there is a condition called benign rolandic epilepsy which occurs around when your seizures occurred and is associated with a benign course. In that instance pharmacotherapy is not required. I would suggest that you meet with your neurologist and talk about the results of your diagnostic studies and see if you can be weaned from the dilantin.

Very low risk: The usual therapeutic range for dilantin is between 10 and 20. therefore your level is quite low and not likely to be therapeutic. Your risk of another seizure is very low.

Cured?: Your nocturnal seizure may be a thing of the past as your Dilantin level is too low and you have been free of seizures for a long time see your neurologist to wean you off the medication.
