See a dentist ASAP. In the mean time take Ibuprofen OTC 200 mg x 2 or 3 tablets every 6 hours as needed with full stomach until then.

You'll need to see a dentist for treatment. Other than OTC pain meds, not much you can do at home.

Eliminate the infection. That usually means dental treatment (root canal/crown or extraction/implant/crown) coupled w antibiotic to prevent spread of infection to other organ system. Pain killers will only temporarily mask symptoms, as infection spreads, 'til pills wear off. Please see Dentist immediately.
