If your astute enough to know you have an infection in your tooth and no pain, than you must realize you need to see a dentist for treatment. The nerve in the tooth has died that's why no pain ,but the infection is still there and the tooth needs a root canal or an extraction. Don't try to treat the infection yourself and go to the dentist asap before the infection gets worse.

Root canal or extraction. Infection is now spreading to other organ via your circulatory system. You can't fix this with pills, potions, our computer clicks. See a Dentist immediately if not sooner.

You'll need to have your dentist determine the cause of the infection. Dead tooth nerve? Periodontal issue? Pain is not the issue today, but may be tomorrow if the abscess spreads. Call before the pain begins since your problem will not resolve on its own.
