Foraminal stenosis in the cervical vertebra is merely a notation indicating that the passageway (foramen) where nerves exit the spinal cord at that level is narrowed and that pinched nerves may be more of a problem. If you are not experiencing symptoms, then you have nothing to worry about. Talk to your surgeon for further treatment plans and follow up.
