Currently taking 20 mg 3x daily of baclofen (every 6 hours). if my dosage was to be reduced by 5mg, should the change be noticable immediately or would it take a few doses at the reduced amount for the change to be noticeable?

Hard to interpret your question (3X is every 8 hrs.) and not clear why you take baclofen. Generically, a minor dose reduction would not be apparent but a larger reduction would result in noticeable change in about 6-8 hrs.
