I have severe pain from back injury & a degenerating knee. i take hydro 10/325, baclofen 10mg bid & tramadol. can i take 200mg single dose of tramadol?

Back pain: Narcotics such as hydrocodone should not be taken with tramadol at the same time. Tramadol should not be taken in more than 100 mg doses with a maximum of 400 mg/day. Any changes in your medications should be discussed and agreed upon by your prescribing physician.
