I had gallbladder surgery a month ago. yesterday i was turning to my side in bed and my right rib made a big popping sensation and now has a constant ache underneath. should i be worried that this had something to do from my surgery?

If there is no bulge or pain at the site of incision (if you had open surgery) the not to worry you probably strained your muscles. No worries if you had laparoscopic surgery.
