It could. Low white blood cell count is a form of diminished ability to respond to infection. If the elevated cholesterol is causing heart disease that would also increase the risk. Get vaccinated and boosted. Wish you good health!

Cholesterol is unaffecting but a very low white cell count may lead to immunosuppressant and a likelihood to more severe Covid. Good Luck
