So i had a small spot in my penis that itched for a day then it turned pink. now it's a wet sore kind of like a ulcer but it's not a crater like it doesn't hurt there are no other symptoms. what could this be? there were no pimples?

Are you at risk for sexual transmitted disease? If not, just watch the lesion, keep it clean and dry. If yes, see your doctor for an appropriate assessment.

If you had no sexual exposure keep it clean and apply an OTC antibiotic ointment for a few days, it is possibly a local infection and will heal. If you did have exposure pl see your MD ASAP.
