Does constipation over almost a year and a half lead to kidney failure? since fall 2020, ive felt like im not getting all the poop out and theres more. im able to have decent bowel movements, but i feel like theres more in me?

Constipation by itself is not a typical cause for renal failure, a condition causing both may be at the root of the problem or they may be unrelated. Maintaining proper hydration may help, further tests are needed.

Agree with Dr. P. For constipation - You may take a fiber laxative like Metamucil and drink enough water daily so that your urine is colorless. For the long term you may try to increase your intake of fiber foods.
