Oral Surgeom: Could very well be from your impacted wisdom teeth. If so, immediate treatment is required. I'm a little surprised your General Dentist did not refer you to an Oral Surgeon a decade ago. Please see one now.

Classic Symptoms: of the impacted wisdom tooth. If your tooth is deeply impacted or if the extraction is expected to be complicate, your dentist may suggest you see an oral surgeon.
