This instance should not have any bearing on your physical or mental health. Things can look different in the middle of the night. Faces do look different in a sleeping position. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. Get Flu and Covid vaccines.

Do you know if you were sleep walking? That might be the reason. Or you could have been in a semi dream state that could alter your perception. But maybe you were affected by the darkness and couldn’t see their features clearly.
