See the PCP to get a good Psychiatric Consult for you as soon as possible. Talking to a trusted Older Friend, Parent or Teacher about these concerns can also help. Good thing you are reaching out for help. Stay Hopeful.

All of this can be significantly helped, even reversed. Start with a psychiatric consult, get a diagnostic cause of the underlying disruption. Medication and/ or counseling is likely to address. A Life Coach approach can incorporate various coping skills as your program proceeds. A virtual consult here at HT can perhaps point all of this in the right direction, (www.connect@healthtap.com).
