No: Hearing aids are simply amplifiers of sound. Your question is so non-specific that it is hard to answer. For example, what is your occupation? Why would wearing a hearing aid affect your job. There are millions of americans who have amplification for a hearing loss who are successful in their jobs. Finally, if your boss does not like you wearing an aid, that would be prejudicial.
