Im 7 weeks pregnant and in my ultrasound there is nothing what could it be?

At "7 weeks pregnant", if a confirmatory home or HCG serum test were positive, confirming pregnancy, early miscarriage is very commom with "first pregnancies". Obtain a serum HCG test, and if positive, an ectopic pregnancy (pregnancy outside the uterus) may occur, with minimal ultrasound confirmation possible. See your GYN physician if the test is positive.

Do a home pregnancy test. If the result is negative, you are not pregnant. Ultrasound would show gestational sac if you were 7 weeks pregnant. Wish you good health!
