Your RA factor is at the upper limit. Over 14 is considered high. You don't describe your symptoms. People with significant symptoms from RA are advised to take medication daily to minimize not only symptoms but progression on to permanent joint damage. I recommend consulting a rheumatologist for accurate diagnosis and appropriate treatment.
