You need to be evaluated by a plastic reconstructive surgeon. Reconstructive surgery has been done for craniosynostosis in adults.

Suggest consultations with neurosurgery and plastic surgery. Aggressive revisions can be done at age 21 yrs, but it is very helpful to obtain the opinions of experienced physicians prior to proceeding further.
