That would be a somewhat unusual presentation for seborrheic dermatitis, but it's possible. Since SD is caused by a yeast species, Lamisil cream is an effective treatment for some patients. If it continues to get better, I would continue that treatment. If it does not, you will need to see a dermatologist for an in-person exam.
