It depends if it was a face to face exchange- then yes. But in doubt get a covd test.

Covid is spread through inanimate objects. If your friend did not visit with you, the gifts are safe and will not give you Covid. Get Covid vaccination, if you are not vaccinated, if you are vaccinated, get booster dose. Wish you good health!
