Can side effects from pfizer vaccine (covid) last for 3 or 4 days? my sister is feeling dizzy on the third day and still having chills. she felt better yesterday and took alcohol ,today got back to feel bad, was the alcohol the cause or is it normal?

The reaction is lingering or there is another cause. The vaccine reaction usually is within three days and may be similar to flu symptoms. Monitor her temperature and encourage fluids, see your PCP.
