I got the pfizer vax 3 weeks ago & experienced more palpatations since (not mass amounts), i got the 2nd yesterday & the today my heart was going at 110 lying (usually in the 70s) & 160 standing, could it be heart issues? i have chronic low hemoglbn?

More likely that the palpitations are related to your "low hemoglobin". If the hemoglobin is significantly reduced, this needs evaluation by your doctor. Please contact your physician.
