Can anticoagulants be the reason behind vomiting everyday? especially after fatty meals?

Nausea is a common adverse effect of warfarin or non warfarin (or direct) anticoagulant (10-15% people have this symptom). However, because the symptom occurs more often after a fatty meal, gallbladder US should be done for ruling out gallstones.
