Vomiting a lot: We will need more information to be helpful. With vomiting at that frequency (every meal for 1 year), we need to know if you have lost weight, how much, and whether you have had an blood tests done (you would expect sodium or potassium, and possible kidney function to be off). That said, most common causes include acid reflux with hiatal hernia, or severe stress.

Stomach: If it is any amount of solid or liquid an x-ray with swallowing contrast may help. Ot does sound stomach related but could be related to your gall bladder as well.
