If i have strep and i take penicillin and it's resistant and i start clindamycin but i accidentally keep taking the penicillin too for one day will that cause an issue with treatment?

Taking penicillin for an additional day will not interfere with beginning to take clindamycin (if the strep is sensitive to it). Take the clindamycin for the entire prescribed course, even if your symptoms disappear sooner.
