I have a diagnose from an x-ray and i don't know what it means. discret accentuation of peribronchovascular interstitium perri and infrahilar bilateral?

It depends on many things. What was the reason for having a chest X-ray? What id=f any symptoms. Past history. All this has to be taken under consideration before any Diagnosis. So please see an MD who will co-relate all this and will be able to give you an opinion
