Many different thing: Those markings at the biotin of the chest often represent blood vessels. When they are larger or better seen they could be due to bronchitis or early pneumonia amount others. Depends on why you had the chest X-ray in the first place. And these markings can be prominent in those who smoke. So talk to your doctor and see if they are related to anything they were looking for
