28 male. swollen lymph node under jawline. sudden appearance, hard, pea sized, doesn't move freely, pain when touched, no discoloration of area, swelling not visible but is clearly felt. no other symptoms currently present and no obvious cause?

You may feel the nodes every couple of weeks, if any of the lymph glands doubles in size, becomes painful, ulcerates, or other nodes become enlarged, or you develop fever, or lose weight, you should see a doctor. Wish you good health!
