I'm afraid that all bets are off now with your question because, as time has gone by, we are finding that antibody levels following covid infections are all over the place in different people. Some immunity lasts months but in other cases not very long, as little as a month.

Agree with Dr. Colantino. It is imperative that you get vaccinated and take the three doses of vaccine, irrespective of you and your family having had a "natural" infection. You cannot rely on "natural" immunity.
